(1) Working journalists will get home leave at the rate of one day for twelve days of their working period.
(2) Working journalists will get full salary while on home leave.
(3) Working journalists who are on home leave and paid leave will not get home leave for that period.
(4) Once in a year, when going home after taking at least seven days of leave and coming home from home after paying the leave, one day will be given for the foot route at the rate of one day for the purpose of eight funds, and the same number of days it takes for the motor, train, airplane route will be given.
